FISK is the Scandinavian word for fish… like most things we do, it simply adds a little creative twist to the conventional.

Using the very best sustainable fish and shellfish delivered daily to our door, our chef patron Kanyana Williams creates bold, modern dishes that are packed with natural flavours.

While the menu has a predominantly Asian influence, it also has true international flair with dishes taken from around the world, including Spain, Thailand, India and, yes, even Britain. All are given a FISK twist that sets them apart.

Fish and shellfish are very much at the heart of what we do, but for those who are not fans of seafood we also offer a selection of meat and poultry dishes.

At FISK we’re dedicated to making your dining experience an unforgettable one, which is why we only partner with leading brands, including Wynyates Gin and Veuve Clicquot Champagne.

FISK was created in 2016 by Kanyana and her husband Stuart, a successful entrepreneur. The group’s first restaurant opened to critical acclaim in his home town of Harrogate.
