Reservations Policy – FISK Restaurants

FISK is a reservation driven restaurant. However, we do welcome walk-in guests and late availability (same day) reservations, which can be checked by calling 01423 564 634.

At weekends and at busy times we operate two evening sittings: the first is 6pm – 6:30pm and second is from 8pm – late. You may be restricted to a limit of 2 hour occupancy, unless otherwise advised. We kindly ask that diners on the first sitting arrive promptly at their reservation time in order for a smooth changeover between sittings.

For parties over 6 guests we require the reservation to be accompanied by a credit card pre-authorisation of £20 per person.  When you arrive for your reservation, the pre-authorisation funds will be released by your card issuer and the transaction is cancelled. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will have been debited from your account. However, FISK reserve the right to process payment of the authorisation if the party fails to give 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Our preferred way of reserving a table is by completing the reservation form on our web site. Telephone reservations can be made in two ways:

Future date reservations: 01423 705 872
Late availability (same day): 01423 564 634*

*Please note that the late availability telephone line cannot be used for future (non-same day) reservations.

At certain times the above numbers will go to an answerphone. Messages will be honoured in the order they are received. Please clearly state your name, telephone number, the number of guests in your party and the date requested. In addition, an email address is required for all reservations in order that confirmation can be sent.

We require at 48 hours notice for amendments to your reservation.

If you are running late then please let us now by calling 01423 564 634. You may lose your table if you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time without notifying us.

It is essential that we are notified of any specific dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of reservation, then please talk to a member of our team on arrival.

Tables are allocated on the day by our reservations team and although we will do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this.
